The BYD e6 is a practical and spacious electric MPV designed for efficient urban mobility and long-distance electric travel. It is powered by a 71.7 kWh Blade Battery paired with an AC Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor, producing 93.8 bhp of maximum power and 180 Nm of instant torque. The electric MPV delivers smooth and refined performance with a top speed of 130 km/h, making it ideal for city commuting as well as fleet and family usage. Power is delivered through a 1-speed automatic transmission, while the front-wheel-drive (FWD) system ensures stable and comfortable driving dynamics. The BYD e6 offers an impressive driving range of 415 to 520 km, making it highly practical for long-distance electric mobility.

The BYD e6 is a zero-emission electric vehicle (ZEV) designed for cost-effective and eco-friendly transportation. The MPV supports both AC and DC charging technologies. Using a 6.6 kW AC charger, the battery can be fully charged in approximately 12 hours, while 60 kW DC fast charging can charge the battery from 0–80% in around 1.5 hours. The regenerative braking system helps recover energy during braking and deceleration, improving overall efficiency and driving range. The battery is backed by an 8-year or 1,60,000 km warranty, ensuring long-term reliability and peace of mind.

BYD e6 Suspension, Steering & Brakes

The BYD e6 is engineered for ride comfort and driving stability. It features a MacPherson front suspension and a multi-link rear suspension, ensuring better ride quality and improved road handling. The MPV also gets electric power steering with tilt and telescopic adjustment, providing effortless maneuverability and driver comfort. Braking duties are handled by ventilated disc brakes at the front and disc brakes at the rear, offering strong and reliable stopping performance.
