The Mahindra XUV 7XO is powered by a 2.0-litre mStallion turbo-petrol engine that delivers an impressive 200bhp and 380Nm of torque.

Transmission options include a six-speed manual gearbox as well as a smooth-shifting torque converter automatic unit.

This front-wheel-drive (FWD) full-size SUV is available in both six-seat and seven-seat layouts, offering flexibility for family buyers.

To enhance comfort and handling, Mahindra has equipped the XUV 7XO with its advanced DaVinci damping technology, featuring frequency-selective dampers that intelligently adapt to different road surfaces for a smoother ride quality.

The new XUV 7XO comes loaded with premium comfort features such as a panoramic sunroof, 540-degree surround camera, ventilated seats, wireless smartphone charging, and dual-zone automatic climate control.

Inside, the SUV boasts a futuristic triple-screen dashboard setup along with sun blinds, an Infinity glass roof with integrated ambient lighting, auto park assist, and several other advanced convenience technologies.

Its trio of 12.3-inch infotainment displays are powered by an intelligent Snapdragon processor and support wireless Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, built-in Alexa, ChatGPT integration, and Mahindra’s ADRENOX suite featuring 93 connected car functions.

The six-seat variant is expected to offer ventilated second-row seats, enhancing rear passenger comfort during long journeys.

For entertainment, the XUV 7XO features a premium 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system with Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 surround sound technology and Dolby Vision support for an immersive in-cabin experience.

Mahindra has placed strong emphasis on rear-seat comfort by offering features like Boss Mode, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) screen holders, and a dedicated rear wireless charger for added convenience.

The XUV 7XO comes equipped with a comprehensive safety package that includes seven airbags, ABS with EBD, reverse parking sensors, a speed alert system, and seat belt reminders for enhanced occupant protection.

The SUV has earned a five-star safety rating in the Bharat NCAP (BNCAP) crash tests, highlighting its strong structural safety and crash protection capabilities.

Advanced driver assistance is provided through the Level 2 ADAS suite with Sense+ technology, while the 540-degree surround-view camera system significantly improves driver visibility and positional awareness in tight spaces and challenging conditions.

The new XUV 7XO succeeds the XUV700, bringing refreshed styling updates along with a cleaner and more minimalist design approach for the LEDs and front grille.

Up front, the facelifted SUV is expected to feature a redesigned grille, updated headlamps with revised LED DRLs, and a newly styled front bumper for a sharper road presence.

The side profile largely retains the familiar silhouette of the current model, although it is likely to receive a newly designed set of alloy wheels for a fresher appearance.

At the rear, the updates are expected to include redesigned LED tail lamps connected by a full-width LED light bar, giving the SUV a more modern and premium look.

The cabin has undergone a major transformation with an all-new triple-screen dashboard layout and a newly designed two-spoke steering wheel, creating a more futuristic interior environment.

Mahindra has introduced a sophisticated dual-tone interior theme featuring beige and chestnut brown shades, marketed as the “Dual-Tone Lumina and Chestnut Brown” cabin finish.
